Man accused of running over woman surrenders to police

A man accused of intentionally running over a woman with a vehicle on Oct. 26 has surrendered to police.

A Fayetteville Police spokesman said Friday that Robert Dushaun Williams, 18, of 3123 Kimbrook Drive, has been charged with assault with a dangerous weapon inflicting serious injury with intent to kill

Alicia Stocking, 30, suffered serious injuries as a result of being run over by a vehicle, police said.
