Man, 78, killed in tractor accident at Garner home

A 78-year-old man died Monday in a tractor accident at a home on Wilmington Road in Garner, according to the Wake County Sheriff's Office.

Family members of James Badger called deputies to 4400 Wilmington Road at about 11 p.m. after finding his body. Family members became concerned when Badger didn't come home for dinner.

No foul play is suspected in his death. An investigation of the accident is still ongoing.
