List: Election Night viewing parties in the Triangle

It's hard to believe, but Election Day will be here Nov. 8. Instead of watching the results alone at home, check out some of these election night parties in the Triangle - all are free, and most involve food, beer and cocktails of some sort.

Instead of watching the results alone at home, check out some of these election night parties in the Triangle - all are free, and most involve food, beer and cocktails of some sort. (Note: We only included nonpartisan viewing parties on this list.)

Watch the election results with...

Craft beer at Stag's Head - The brewery will be tapping a keg of Prairie 'Merica, a farmhouse ale hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops, along with a few others while election results are up. There will be plenty of popcorn to snack on, but feel free to BYO food.

American Meltdown & Squabbit #31 at Fullsteam - The brewery will be pouring your favorite beers, including Squabbit #31 - a bourbon barrel-aged coffee Marzen. The satellite bar will be set up in the big room so you don't have to miss a minute of the election action, and American Meltdown will be serving their gooey, cheesy sandwiches and tasty fried brussels sprouts.

Election Night at Motorco - Watch the results and party in the music hall.

Chirba Chirba & beer at Ponysaurus Brewing Co. - Watch the election results out in the beer garden on a 15 foot screen. Chirba Chirba Dumpling and East Durham Pie Co. will be serving up dinner and dessert, and, of course, there will be plenty of beer.

Good company at the LGBT Center of Raleigh - Bring a snack to share and watch the results of the election alongside old and new friends.

Beer and banjos at The Raleigh Times - Kate Rhudy & the Ninth Street Ramblers will perform on Election Night as part of the Times' weekly Beer & Banjos series that showcases local and out of town talent focusing on bluegrass, folk music and more.

Board games, cocktails and Pie Pushers at The Pinhook - They're calling the event "Celebrity Death Match: Election Edition," but this night is truly a laid-back occasion. The election results will be playing on the big screen while Pie Pushers serves up food and The Pinhook lays out games like Cards Against Humanity, life-size Jenga and "pin the toupe on Trump." Some special-themed cocktails will be served as well.

Themed cocktails and food at ORO - Enjoy delicious food and watch live election results with drink features including "The Trump Tower" and "Hillary's Inbox."

Election Beer and Banjos - Enjoy some great music while you wait for the election results to come in. Raleigh Times hosts this show featuring Kate Rhudy and the Ninth Street Ramblers.

Cocktails and beer specials at Red Line - The beer and wine shop will have some awesome pint specials and election night results on all TVs.

Hillz or Trump Party at Hibernian - The Irish pub on Glenwood will host a party with shots for republicans and democrats. Plus, show your 'I VOTED' sticker to get 15 percent off of your food.

Natty Greene's Election Night Takeover - The Bottle Revolution on Lead Mine Road will host this beer-centered party.

Roller Skating at United Skates of America - The Raleigh rink will open its doors Election Night with discount rates for skaters.

Election Night Viewing Party at Person Street Bar - Watch the election results on the big screen and enjoy drinks.

Viewing Party at Ruby Deluxe - Enjoy drinks while you enjoy drinks and good times.

Election Night Party at Kraftys - The results will play on the big screen until 2 a.m. at this Garner bar, and Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump inspired cocktails will be served.

Election Night at Durty Bull - Enjoy beers and $1 off all merchandise if you show your "I VOTED" sticker.

Partisan events

Wake County Transit Plan party - Supporters of the plan are invited to watch election results at Isaac Hunter's Tavern. There will be appetizers and drinks.

Gov. Pat McCrory Election Night Party - Media and the public are invited to this party thrown by the McCrory campaign at the Crabtree Valley Marriott hotel. RSVP is required.

Gary Johnson Election Night Party - Supporters of Gary Johnson will hold a viewing party at Proof in Five Points on Tuesday night

NC Democratic Party Election Night Party - The NCDP has a party scheduled at the Raleigh Marriott City Center in downtown Raleigh Tuesday night.

Meeker for Labor Watch Party at Mash & Lauter - This restaurant and bar in downtown Raleigh will host Charles Meeker, democratic candidate for North Carolina Commissioner of Labor, as the results come in on election night.

Election Night at Berkeley Cafe - This viewing party is for voters supporting Hillary Clinton.

Election Night Special Show with Bella G - Cast your vote early and join Bella G at Irregardless Cafe for a relaxing evening out on the town. For three hours, it will be an election-free zone of music.
