Chili for Billy

Did you see the sky yesterday? Swirls of gray and charcoal in mysterious and intricate designs. If there was a message in the cloudy cauldron it was this - winter is on the way.

Today the winds are whipping outside and the first killing frost is in the forecast. I know many of you are reaching for your favorite soup and other cold weather recipes to get your family through the downturn in temperatures.

I have a dilemma today. It is my night to cook for the family and I have misplaced my favorite recipe for chili. Could you come to my aid please? Please share your favorite chili recipes. The one I choose to use tonight will win the author a musical prize.
