Cold Weather Comfort Food

Help me out here, please. What am I missing? I've compiled a list of cold weather comfort foods. We're in for a lengthy bout of chilly weather. We will need some foods that stick to our ribs. A comedian once said: "Men are like lasagne. They dress in layers." We like to eat food in layers as well especially this time of the year. So I will begin with my Italian favorite. What about you?
