The Launching Pad, the Raleigh indoor family activity center, just opened a new ninja warrior course.

A picture shows various obstacles that you might see on ninja warrior shows, including a so-called warped wall, which requires participants to climb up a giant curved wall; a salmon ladder, that essentially requires you to jump up to the next rung on a ladder using your arm and core strength; and more, according to photos of the course.

The Launching Pad also offers trampolines, a flight training wall, an XD theater and Lazer Frenzy, among other activities.

It's the latest to offer an indoor obstacle course. Others include Warrior Tech in Morrisville, USA Ninja Challenge in Durham and Elevate Fitness Course, which is managed by the town of Apex.

Launching Pad's course definitely looks like fun for older kids, teens and adults!
