A juvenile pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Raleigh Wednesday afternoon.
The incident took place at the intersection of Jones Franklin Road and Athens Drive in Raleigh.
Raleigh Police say the juvenile has non-life-threatening injuries.
Two friends of the 13-year-old boy who was hit by a car say they were with him at the time of the accident. The three boys had just bought snacks at a gas station and were crossing the road on their way home when the incident occurred.
An investigation is underway.
