The family of Kelli Woolard made final arrangements Tuesday, 11 days after she was last seen alive.

Authorities confirmed that human remains found Friday in north Raleigh were the missing Johnston County woman.

Woolard's silver Jeep Liberty was found in the parking lot of the Growing Child day care, at 321 Spring Forest Road, Friday afternoon. A short time later, officers located human remains in a wooded area near the vehicle.

Woolard, 31, was a nurse at Duke Raleigh Hospital.

Police said there were no indications of foul play.

Woolard's family scheduled a memorial service for Thursday at Central Baptist Church in Wendell, with visitation at 5 p.m. and the service at 7 p.m.
