A crash in Johnston County Friday evening has left one person dead and others rushed into the hospital.
The crash took place on I-95 near US 70.
The State Highway Patrol says the vehicle was occupied with three people and the back seat passenger has died.
Two front passengers were taken to WakeMed for treatment, their condition is unknown.
One lane is closed and not expected to reopen until 8:30 p.m. Friday.
