Jet makes emergency landing at RDU

A Northwest Airlines flight from Indianapolis made an emergency landing Friday morning at Raleigh-Durham International Airport after the pilot reported mechanical issues, officials said.

Forty-six passengers were on board at the time, officials said. There were no injuries  reported.
