Comedian Jerry Seinfeld is coming to Durham Performing Arts Center for two shows in November, the venue announced Friday.

Seinfeld will perform at 7 and 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 18.

Seinfeld is best known for creating the comedy series "Seinfeld" with comedian Larry David. The show ran for nine seasons on NBC. Seinfeld went on to create and host “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee" on Netflix.

In his career, Seinfeld has been nominated for 20 Emmy Awards and taken home one.

Seinfeld has performed several times at DPAC, most recently in March 2018.

Seinfeld and his wife, Jessica, were spotted in Durham in August 2021, after apparently moving one of their children into college at Duke.

The couple posed for a photo outside Parker and Otis on Instagram, with Seinfeld appearing to be holding a pack of Peanut Chews and coffee for what his wife called "move-in day sustenance."

Seinfeld's daughter, Sascha, attended Duke and his son, Julian, was just starting school there. Seinfeld has been spotted at Cameron Indoor Stadium in the past while attending basketball games.
