I-95 reopens after crash near Fayetteville

Interstate 95 northbound was closed near Fayetteville for several hours on Wednesday afternoon due to a crash. The road reopened at about 3:50 p.m., officials said.

Authorities said the crash happened when a truck with a trailer ran off the road, struck a bridge and overturned.

The driver of the truck was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with minor injuries.
