I-40 west of RTP backed up by wreck

Two lanes of Interstate 40 east were closed Friday near milemarker 277, just west of U.S. Highway 55.

Durham police investigated a wreck involving multiple vehicles at that location and said the lanes should be reopened after 6:30 p.m.
