Le Tour de Femme is a women's only, 15-mile bicycle ride presented by Grab My Wheel to benefit the Lance Armstrong Foundation and the local Angel FUnd of Rex Hospital. The mission of the women's ride is to raise community awareness and funding for Cancer Research and Cancer Survivorship programs. Saturday's ride began and ended at Cycling Spoken Here in Cary. Hundreds of women raced in the Le Tour de Femme Saturday morning in Cary to raise money to fight cancer.

Le Tour de Femme, the largest all-women's charity bike ride on the East Coast, raises money for the Angel Fund of Rex Hospital and the Livestrong foundation.

WRAL meteorologist Elizabeth Gardner lead the group of women as the honorary lead cyclist.
