Hope Mills library on Golfview Road closed due to sewer main break

The Hope Mills Branch Library at 3411 Golfview Road will be closed until further notice after a sewer main break on Thursday knocked out water service.

The library was closed on Friday and will remain closed until it can be connected to a new sewer line.

During the closure, patrons of the Cumberland County Public Library system are encouraged to use other locations. Cumberland County has eight library locations, however those closest to the Hope Mills Branch include the Bordeaux Branch Library at 3711 Village Drive, Fayetteville, and West Regional Library at 7469 Century Circle, Fayetteville.
