Greenville man charged in December shooting

Paris O'Brian White, 17, was charged with murder Thursday in the Dec. 17 shooting death of Larry Maurice Campbell.

Campbell was found dead in a parking lot behind the apartment building at 110 Paul Circle in Greenville. He had been shot.

White, of 200 S. Sylvan Dr. in Greenville, is being held in the Pitt County Detention Center without bond.

Police said the investigation is ongoing and no further information is available at this time.
