Gravesites ransacked, vases stolen from cemetery

Cumberland County sheriff's deputies are investigating the theft of about 70 bronze vases stolen from the Riverview Memorial Gardens cemetery.

The vases were stolen and grave sites were ransacked Friday night. Cemetery owner Ray Abcock said each vase was worth about $200.

The cemetery is located at 2226 Lillington Highway.
