Goldsboro man shot in apparent robbery
According to police, Ribhi Mohammed Kandeel, 53, a clerk at Brookside Mart, 2000 S. Slocumb St., was shot in an apparent robbery attempt just before midnight.
A Goldsboro man was shot at the Brookside Market Monday night.
According to police, Ribhi Mohammed Kandeel, 53, a clerk at Brookside Mart, 2000 S. Slocumb St., was shot in an apparent robbery attempt just before midnight.
Kandeel was being treated at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
No information about suspects in the case was released.
