With the coronavirus pandemic, many local businesses, especially restaurants, are struggling.

Donate
Soca in Cameron Village has created a GoFundMe in the event that the restaurant has to close its dining room. The business already has plans to ramp production of safe, healthy meal options to accommodate for the shortages ahead and offer those meals and meal kits for an affordable price or free for those who cannot afford to pay.
Artspace, PineCone, United Arts Council and VAE Raleigh have created the NC Artist Relief Fund to help support musicians, visual artists, actors, DJs, dancers, filmmakers, comedians and other creative people who are experiencing gig cancelations due to the coronavirus. All donated funds go directly to artists in North Carolina.
There are also artist relief funds for Durham and Orange counties.
Gift cards
Durham residents have created an interactive spreadsheet so people can help individuals and businesses in financial need. There is an entire spreadsheet devoted to local businesses you can either shop online with or buy a gift card to.
