Get your car seats checked at two Wake libraries this month

Wake County libraries and Wake County Human Services will host some car seat safety checks in August. Here's where to find them. The checks are offered on a first come, first served basis.

• 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Aug. 8, at South Regional Library, 908 7th Ave., Garner
• 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Aug. 29, North Regional Library, 7009 Harps Mill Rd., Raleigh
