Gas cooktop recalled over gas leak concerns

Gas cooktops are being recalled because the knobs can break off and cause a gas leak.

Gas cooktops are being recalled because the knobs can break off and cause a gas leak.

There have been 63 reports of knobs cracking or breaking on Frigidaire Stainless-Steel 30-inch and 36-inch gas burner cooktops.

A gas leak injured one person and there was one report of a fire.

People should stop using recalled models and contact Electrolux for a free replacement knob.

Model: FFGC3026SS Serial: 1F00590006 through 1F11090155 and 3F53705075 through 3F01309052

Model: FFGC3626SS Serial: 1F00590020 through 1F10390342 and 3F53703455 through 3F00806110
