Free pinwheel craft kit for kids at JCPenney on July 10

JCPenney is giving away a cute pinwheel craft kit for kids on Saturday, July 10!

The craft includes stickers and jewels to decorate the pinwheel. It is available to pick up from 11 am - 12 noon. Adults will also receive a coupon for an extra 10% off store wide (with some exclusions).
