Four men arrested, charged in Wednesday shooting on North Allen Road
Wake Forest police arrested four men Saturday night in connection to a shooting on Wednesday.
According to police, the shooting happened on the 400 block of North Allen Road.
Police said one person was shot and taken to the hospital. As of Saturday night, their condition is unknown.
Wake Forest police arrested 32-year-old Dominique Ramon Lucas, 21-year-old Damien Malik Peacock, 19-year-old Harold Key III and 21-year-old Hezekiah Keanu Foster.
The four are charged with the following crimes:
- Dominique Lucas
- Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
- Three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill
- Discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.
- Communicating threats.
- Driving while license revoked.
- Misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
- Damien Peacock
- Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
- Three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
- Discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.
- Resist, delay, obstruct arrest.
- Harold Key III
- Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
- Three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
- Discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.
- Resist, delay, obstruct arrest.
- Hezekiah Keanu Foster
- Driving while license revoked.
- Misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
- Window tint violation.
The circumstances behind the shooting are still unknown.
Lucas, Peacock and Key are at the Wake County Detention Center under no bond. Foster was released from custody on a written promise to appear in court.
The investigation is ongoing, according to Wake Forest police.
