Score a discount for 10% off of a purchase of $40 or more when you sign up for Food Lion text messages!

Here's how to get the coupon:

Text the word SUBSCRIBE to 687687.

You will then get a reply from Food Lion asking if you want to subscribe. Respond with the letter Y for yes.

Then Food Lion will text back with a link to click on to sign up. You will need to enter your phone number and MVP card. Once you enter that info and click submit, the 10% off $40 coupon will be loaded to your Food Lion MVP card to use the next time you shop.

The coupon expires on July 8, 2016.
