Fla. man and woman arrested in Raleigh on trafficking, child sex crime charges

Two Florida residents are in the Wake County jail under a $2 million dollar bond for charges related to holding a teenager for sexual servitude.

Tempie Mitchell, 27, and Antwon Frager, 43, were both arrested on Hammond Road in Raleigh in September.

Two Florida residents are in the Wake County jail, each under a $2 million dollar bond, for charges related to holding a teenager for sexual servitude.

A Raleigh police spokeswoman said that Tempie Mitchell, 27, and Antwon Frager, 43, coerced a 17-year-old girl into "performing sexual acts with subject who were not known to her" and recorded some of those acts on video.

The crime reportedly happened over several days.

Mitchell and Frager were arrested on Hammond Road in Raleigh in September. The girl was returned to her home.

Mitchell and Frager are scheduled to appear in court Wednesday to be formally charged with several crimes, including sexual exploitation of a minor and human trafficking.
