FedEx delivery driver says she was attacked by dogs in Moore County
A FedEx worker said two German shepherds bit her during a recent delivery in Moore County.
Angela Wyche sent WRAL News photos of her injuries bandaged up, some of them too graphic to publish. She said the attack happened Friday in Carthage.
Wyche said she was making a delivery to a home on Bethlehem Church Road. As she approached the door, she said it opened.
"One was on my left leg, one was on my right leg and they were just biting me and biting me," Wyche said. "I was screaming, I was moving my legs. The dogs was growling and kept biting me."
Wyche also showed us her $408 hospital bill. She said investigators contacted the dog's owner, who said the dogs have had their shots. She's awaiting verification of that.
