The FBI is asking for the public's help locating a fugitive who could currently be in North Carolina.

The FBI is asking for the public's help locating a fugitive who could currently be in North Carolina.

Jamaad Murphy was indicted by a grand jury in December 2019 of second degree murder in the shooting death of Matthew Napoleoni in Wallkill, N.Y. New York State Police investigators say Napoleoni was shot outside the Made in Puerto Rico Latin Cuisine and Sports Bar at 505 Schutt Road Extension in Wallkill, NY, on Nov. 3, 2019.

Murphy is 5-foot-10 and around 180 pounds with a tattoo on his left arm that reads "Rachel." He is to be considered armed and dangerous. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Murphy.
