Fayetteville man arrested for second-degree murder

Fayetteville police arrested Tuscan A. Carter, 26, Wednesday and charged him with second-degree murder in the death of James Christopher Diggs.

Diggs's body was found at the intersection of Eastern Boulevard and Grove Street in Fayetteville on Sunday. he was 42.

Police have asked that anyone with information about Diggs' next of kin call 910-433-1421.
