Fayetteville home values rise quickly
In a survey released Tuesday, Zillow found Fayetteville's median home value jumped 13.4 percent since the second quarter of 2008.
Zillow.com, a Web site that tracks property values, put Fayetteville in the No. 1 spot for appreciating home values.

Another North Carolina community, Burlington, placed fourth on the list.
