Ex-state employee suing for alleged sexual harassment

A former state employee says she was sexually harassed on the job and is now suing for damages.

Angela Walton is suing the Department of Agriculture and her former co-worker, Robert Brogden, according to court documents.

Walton said Brogden exposed himself and rubbed his genitals on her neck when they worked together in 2007.

A conference was held in federal court Tuesday. Department of Agriculture officials said they investigated immediately and want the case dismissed.

Neither Walton or Brogden still work for the department.
