There is plenty to do Christmas week!

Monday

Feast of the Seven Fishes Dinner (Postal Fish Company, 75 W. Salisbury Street, Pittsboro) - This dinner celebrates the long Roman Catholic tradition of eating seafood on Christmas Eve. Dinner starts early, by 4:45 p.m., and includes seven courses paired with five wines.

Rudolph: The Musical (A.J. Fletcher Opera Theater, E. South Street, Raleigh) - This beloved holiday classic wraps up on Christmas Eve.

Growler Fill Sale (Barley Labs, 4015 University Drive, Durham) - The dog-friendly bar and gift shop is offering 20 percent off growler fills until 4 p.m.

Tuesday

Merry Christmas! Many restaurants, bars and businesses are closed today, but here's a look at restaurants serving Christmas dinner and hours for area grocery stores.

Chinese Lantern Festival (Koka Booth, 8003 Regency Parkway, Cary) - The festival is open on Christmas Day!

Wednesday

Boxing Day Celebration (Borden Building, 820 Clay Street, Raleigh) - Take an English country dancing lesson, enjoy a silent auction of "Misfit Gifts" (White Elephant Style) and participate in U.K. holiday trivia and games.

LiLa (Motorco Music Hall, 723 Rigsbee Avenue, Durham) - This local hip hop/folk/rock group will perform.

Music Bingo (Aviator Beer Shop, 601 Broad Street, Fuquay-Varina) - Enjoy food, drink and bingo starting at 7:30 p.m.

Thursday

Karaoke for the 90s and 2000s (Rialto Theatre, 1620 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh) - The event starts at 10 p.m.

Friends Trivia (Maverick's, 900 West Main Street, Durham) - There will be five unique and challenging rounds of trivia starting at 7:30 p.m.

New Years Sparkling Wine Dinner (Cellar 55, 1351 East Broad Street, Fuquay-Varina) - The restaurant will pair four Gruet Sparkling wines with a delicious menu of New Year's traditional foods from around the world!

Friday

Dancing With the Stars (Raleigh Memorial Auditorium, 2 E. South Street, Raleigh) - Fans of the show have the opportunity to see the best ballroom dancers in the business perform live in Raleigh.

Alonzo Bodden (Goodnights, 861 W. Morgan Street, Raleigh) - Bodden's credits include winning Season 3 of NBC's "Last Comic Standing," performing on "Comics Unleashed" and having his own "Comedy Central Presents" special.

Cary Kwanzaa Celebration (Cary Arts Center, 101 Dry Avenue, Cary) - There will be a children's village, food and more.
