Monday

Puddles Pity Party (Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts, 2 E. South Street, Raleigh) - The "Sad Clown with the Golden Voice" will perform his heartfelt anthems in Raleigh.

Cooking for a Classic Finale (1705 East, 1705 E. Millbrook Road) - A field that started out with eight is now down to two local chefs and their assistants battling head to head to win a restored 1982 Jeep Scrambler or $15,000 in cash. Guests can enjoy six plates prepared by Chef Teddy Diggs of Coronato Pizza and Chef Andrew Smith of buku and then vote for their favorites.

The entire event is a fundraiser for the Lucy Daniels Center.

Flash Chorus: Sing Bobby McFerrin and TV On The Radio (Motorco Music Hall, 723 Rigsbee Avenue, Durham) - Learn and sing Bobby McFerrin's "Don't Worry, Be Happy" and TV On The Radio's "Trouble." This is a family-friendly event.

Tuesday

Dear Evan Hansen (DPAC, 123 Vivian Street, Durham) - This deeply personal and profoundly contemporary musical is about life and the way we live it. Performances run through March 17.

Elton John: Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour (PNC Arena, 1400 Edwards Mill Road, Raleigh) - The superstar's final tour is in Raleigh for one night only.

Clark Beckham (The Pour House Music Hall, 224 S. Blount Street, Raleigh) - Killer vocals and profound music abilities as a multi-instrumentalist led Becklam from busking to performing on TV in front of millions.

Wednesday

Meet and Greet: Astronaut Mae Jemison (Carolina Theatre of Durham, 309 W. Morgan Street, Durham) - Mae C. Jemison blasted into orbit aboard the space shuttle Endeavour on Sept. 12, 1992, as the first woman of color to go into space.

High South (The Pour House Music Hall, 224 S. Blount Street, Raleigh) - The Nashville-based powerhouse vocal group delivers stunning harmonies and original songwriting reminiscent of the Eagles.

Sir Walter Wine Tasting (Sir Walter Cocktail, 145 E. Davie Street, Raleigh) - A wine expert will present six different wines. $25 tickets include a bottle of wine.

Thursday

Drink for a Cause (Durty Bull Brewing, 206 Broadway St, Durham) - Every Thursday in March from 4 to 7 p.m., a portion of proceeds during Happy Hour will go to benefit StepUp Durham.

Bubbles & Calligraphy (Morgan Street Food Hall, 411 West Morgan Street, Raleigh) - Ticket price includes calligraphy class, all supplies and a glass of wine.

Pi Day (Bittersweet, 16 East Martin Street, Raleigh) - Stop by Bittersweet to try six different pie flavors, including fan-favorite Derby pie. Cocktails will be served all day.

Raleigh Night Market (306 Parham Street, Raleigh) - This freeevent will showcase Raleigh's creativity inside historic Market Hall and under the beautiful lights and cobblestone streets of City Market. Find locally-made goods and enjoy a night filled with music and entertainment with over 60 Triangle area artisans, food vendors, beer, wine and cocktails.

Friday

Rob Schneider (Carolina Theatre of Durham, 309 W. Morgan Street, Durham) - A household name and a bona-fide comedy star, SNL and Netflix star Rob Schneider is well known for his trademark blend of character and comedic acting.

Mike Epps (PNC Arena, 1400 Edwards Mill Road, Raleigh) - Epps' "Funny As Ish" comedy tour features Sommore, Lavell Crawford, DC Young Fly and Earthquake.

Girls Weekend 2019 (Hilton Garden Inn, 4620 South Miami Boulevard, Durham) - The weekend kicks off Friday night with dinner, karaoke games and prizes. Saturday will feature a Sip n' Paint event and an all-black attire party. The weekend will close with Sunday breakfast. Pre-register online.
