Rashad A. Fuller, 38, was last seen by family members in Durham.
Fuller is 5'10 and weighs about 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and gray pants.
He drives a gray Nissan Sentra with the license plate DJD-1561.
Fuller is from Cary,
