Durham police are investigating a suspicious death Sunday morning.
Shortly after 4 a.m. on Sunday, officers responded to a cardiac arrest call in the 200 block of East Markham Avenue. When officers arrived, they found a dead man in the residence.

A cause of death has not been determined. At this time, the death is being investigated as suspicious.
East Markham Avenue is currently closed from North Roxboro Street to Vista Street while crews are on scene investigating. Drivers should avoid the area.
