Part of Walnut Street in Cary was blocked on Friday night while crews worked to clear a head-on crash.
A pick-up truck and a car that were both attempting to turn collided into each other.
One vehicle was turning into Cary Towne Center, and the other on Walnut Street. The driver of the car was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Video from the scene shows that the front of the car was seriously damaged.
Officials have not released any information to the public about charges.
