Cumberland County Animal Services closed Saturday due to power outage

Cumberland County Animal Services is closed to the public on Saturday due to a power outage caused by an incident on Tom Starling Road.

All the animals at the shelter are safe and secure. Services such as adoption and drop-offs are not available today since the shelter is operating on backup power.

Residents who have an emergency should call Cumberland County Emergency Services at 910-323-1141 or 911. Animal Services is expected to be operating on a normal schedule by Monday.
