The Big Style Sale event will offer new heavily discounted deals on fashion every day through Sunday, June 28.

This event is being held "to drive excitement and jump-start sales,” according to a notice sent to specific Amazon sellers back in early June. The notice, shared by CNBC, asked sellers to submit deals that offer a discount of at least 30%. In the sale that started June 22, you will actually find many discounts higher than 55% off on multiple brands.

This summer sales event is a good opportunity for sellers to unload the spring products they weren't able to ship in the last couple months due to Amazon restrictions on sending out non-essentials goods.

Prime Day Postponed

If you have been holding out for the annual Amazon Prime Day event held every summer, you'll have to wait a little longer in 2020.

In April, Reuters reported that Amazon may be postponing the annual Prime Day due to coronavirus. The information was contained in internal meeting notes viewed by Reuters.

According to the notes, Prime Day, which is usually held in July, may be postponed until at least August. In addition, Amazon may take a $100 million loss because of excess Amazon devices they had in stock for the event.

Amazon has rolled out a huge sale on Amazon devices in the last week with discounts of up to 44% off on the Echo line of Smart Speakers, Kindle e-readers, Fire TV Stick, Ring Doorbells and more. This sale may be designed to sell off some of those devices originally stockpiled for Prime Day.
