Consignment sale in Raleigh this week

September is always the big month for consignment sales, but we have a few in August, including WINGS Kids Consignment Sale, which is this weekend in Raleigh.

The sale is open to the public 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday, and 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and noon to 3 p.m., Saturday. Some items are half off on Saturday afternoon.

The long-running sale is held at Holland's United Methodist Church, 9433 Ten-Ten Rd., Raleigh. It's organized by one of the church's five women's circles. Thirty percent of all sales go to the missions that the group supports.
