College Student From Cary Found Dead in UNCW Dorm Room

Authorities are investigating the death of an 18-year-old University of North Carolina at Wilmington freshman from Cary.

William David Sword was found dead by his roommate inside his dormitory room in Galloway Hall Wednesday morning, UNCW spokeswoman Cindy Lawson said.

Medical examiners were performing an autopsy to determine Sword's cause of death.
