Coast Guard called after sailor falls on boat

The Coast Guard sent a rescue crew from Oak Island to a tugboat 25 miles off the coast Monday after a crew member on the boat fell and injured his back, authorities said.

The man, who was not identified, was evacuated from the tug and taken to Dosher Hospital for treatment.
