The 2017 spring and summer consignment sale season is about to begin. And this time, we have a different sale leading the pack.

Usually, the massive Kids Exchange consignment sale at the N.C. State Fairgrounds opens the season. But, this year, the first sale of the season is the Triangle Parents of Multiples' Take Two Kidsignment Sale on Jan. 28 at North Raleigh Church of Christ.

You can find an updated list with dates, locations and links on our consignment sale database.

For the uninitiated, local parents sell their children's gently used toys, clothes and gear at these sales, earning a percentage of their sales. You don't need to be a consignor to shop these sales, which have hours set specifically for the general public. But consignors and volunteers often get to shop earlier than the general public (and get the best deals). Consignor and volunteer registration for many of the sales also has opened.

Some sales have not set their dates for this spring, so stay tuned.
