Classes resume after deputies investigate bomb threat at North Edgecombe High School
The Edgecombe County Sheriff's Office determined the campus is safe.
Classes resumed Tuesday afternoon at North Edgecombe High School after sheriff's deputies investigated the campus due to a bomb threat.
Deputies searched theschool campus at 7589 N.C. 33 NW in Tarboro and gave permission to reenter the building.
All staff and students are safe, according to the sheriff’s office.
