Police in Fayetteville arrested a woman Sunday after a car crashed into a Chipotle restaurant Saturday in Fayetteville.

At 7:36 p.m., Fayetteville police officers responded to a hit-and-run in the 4000 block of Ramsey Street.

Police looked at security footage and saw a car driving into the dining room area of the restaurant then fleeing the scene. Several people inside the restaurant had to be treated for minor injuries.

Investigators found a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu at a home in the 1900 block of Bain Drive. The car had significant front-end damage and was coated in glass from the restaurant. Police arrested Brianna Black, 27.

Black was charged with four counts of misdemeanor hit-and-run, careless and reckless driving and failure to reduce speed.

The crash caused significant damage to the restaurant's front window, as captured by the WRAL Breaking News Tracker.

Black received a $2,500 secured bond.

The restaurant said it will be closed through Sunday.

The investigation is ongoing.
