Cary police find 13-year-old girl

Police in Cary have reunited with her family a 13-year-old girl who had been missing for more than a month.

Aketzaly "Sally" Valentin was found safe in Raleigh late Monday evening, a spokeswoman for the town said.

Valentin was last seen at her home on Hickory Street on the morning of Oct. 12, but she wasn't reported missing because her parents thought they knew where she was.

They recently became concerned and contacted police.
