Cary police catch alleged preteen flasher

Cary police are pursuing juvenile charges against a 12-year-old boy suspected of exposing himself to a woman on the Black Creek Greenway Tuesday night.

The woman reported the incident to police, then saw the same boy Thursday night and called authorities. Police said the boy was on the trail Thursday, but he was not doing anything wrong when they approached him.
