Wake Tech Signs Exchange Program with Chinese Vocational University

Stephen Scott, president of Wake Technical Community College, signed an exchange agreement with a Chinese vocational university on Friday.

Scott is part of a business and trade delegation from North Carolina that is visiting China.

Wake Tech’s agreement is with Suzhou Vocational University, which is located some 50 miles from Shanghai.

"We see China as a fascinating place filled with opportunity for our students and faculty to learn about the world economy and the successful business practices of other countries,” Scott said in a statement.
