The Edgecombe County Sheriff's Office says three people are charged with concealment of death after the body of a missing man was found in Halifax County.
(WITN) -The Edgecombe County Sheriff’s Office says three people are charged with concealment of death after the body of a missing man was found in Halifax County.
On February 24th 18-year-old Amir Hinnant was reported missing to the Wilson police department. He was found dead Monday in Enfield.
Authorities say they were able to identify the suspects as Jose Bautista, Makaleigh Vick, and Michael Proctor, as well as the vehicle used in the crime.
The sheriff’s office says Bautista and Vick fled to Tennessee where they were located and taken into custody without incident.
