Body found in Rocky Mount park

Police were investigating the Monday morning discovery of a body in a Rocky Mount park as a suspicious death.

The body was found in Aycock Park, at 1200 Aycock St.

No other details, including the person's identity, the cause of death or who found the body, were released.
