ANOTHER Baby Crib Recall

The CPSC announced another round of recalls involving hundreds of thousands of potentially dangerous baby cribs

The Consumer Product Safety Commission just announced ANOTHER major recall of baby cribs. The recall involves hundreds of thousands of cribs by Simplicity and Graco. The Simplicity recall was prompted by a potential problem for strangulation or suffocation because the mattress can collapse. It happened to at least one child, and the CPSC is aware of at least 13 other incidents. The Graco recall involves a problem with hardware failures on the drop sides-- a child can become entrapped or even suffocate. At least 99 incidents are reported.
