Raleigh makes top 10 list of Most Frugal Cities!

Raleigh has made it into the top 10 list of Most Frugal Cities according to the 2010 Savings Index released by Coupons.com today.  Atlanta took the top spot with regular users of Coupons.com printing more than $1000 in savings from the site last year. Charlotte came in at number 6. Raleigh was also ranked number 14 in accessing coupons via mobile phones.
